The role of Executive Assistant at Soni And Soni is a Junior-level position based in Ahmedabad.   • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team
  • Manage the executives calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, gathering and analyzing necessary data
  • Coordinate travel plans and itineraries as required
  • Maintain office organization and ensure efficient operations
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
