As an Executive Investment Banker cumWealth Advisor within our esteemed financial management company youwill play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financialservices to our highnetworth clients. Leveraging your expertise ininvestment banking and wealth management you will be responsiblefor delivering tailored financial solutions and strategic advice tomeet the diverse needs and objectives of ourclientele.
KeyResponsibilities:
1.*Client Relationship Management:* Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with highnetworth individuals families andinstitutional clients. Act as their trusted advisor understandingtheir financial goals risk tolerance and preferences to offerpersonalized investmentstrategies.
2.*Wealth Planning and Management:* Develop customized wealthmanagement plans encompassing investment portfolios assetallocation tax optimization retirement planning estate planning andphilanthropicinitiatives.
3.*Investment Banking Services:* Lead and facilitate complexfinancial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions capitalraising restructuring and strategic advisory services. Collaboratewith internal teams to deliver seamless execution and achieveoptimal outcomes forclients.
4.*Market Analysis and Research:* Stay abreast of market trendseconomic indicators and regulatory changes to provide informedinvestment recommendations and anticipate potential risks oropportunities for clientsportfolios.
5.*Financial Advisory Services:* Provide expert guidance on a widerange of financial matters including asset allocation strategiesalternative investments private equity hedge funds and otherinvestment vehicles tailored to clientsneeds.
6.*Compliance and Risk Management:* Ensure adherence to regulatoryguidelines compliance standards and internal policies whilemaintaining the highest ethical standards in all clientinteractions and financialtransactions.
7.*Business Development:* Drive business growth by identifying newopportunities expanding client relationships and participating inmarketing initiatives to enhance the firms reputation and marketpresence.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration orrelated field; MBA or CFA designationpreferred. Proven track record of success ininvestment banking wealth management or related financial servicesroles preferably serving highnetworthclients. Strong analytical skills strategicthinking and proficiency in financial modeling and valuationtechniques. Excellent communicationpresentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and communicate complex financial conceptseffectively. Ability to thrive in afastpaced dynamic environment managing multiple priorities anddelivering results underpressure.
