Scopeof therole
Weare seeking a Middle Office Associate to join our dynamic team.This role is pivotal in managing work and supporting ourclients’ efforts in their Middle and Back OfficeTechnology Suite. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledgeof Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firms compliance bestpractices performance reporting fee calculations advisor payoutsand verification of coreinformation.

DutiesandResponsibilities:

  • Manageand support clients’ Middle and Back Office TechnologySuite.
  • Ensurecompliance with regulatory standards and bestpractices.
  • Performperformance reporting fee calculations and advisorpayouts.
  • Reconcileprivate investment dataaccurately.
  • Analyzefinancial data and provide insights toclients.
  • Communicateeffectively in written verbal and presentationformats.
  • Utilizetechnology tools such as Orion Salesforce Redtail and otheradvisory firmsoftware.
  • Maintaindata security and client privacy in a remote workingenvironment.

Qualifications:

  • Familiaritywith the workings of a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA)firm.
  • Atleast 3 years of experience of relevant experience for therole.
  • Knowledgeof compliance bestpractices.
  • Experiencewith performance reporting fee calculations and advisorpayouts.
  • Understandingof private investments and reconciliation of private investmentdata.
  • Proficiencyin Orion’s advisor technology Salesforce Redtail andother advisory firmsoftware.
  • Stronganalytical skills and attention todetail.
  • Excellentcommunication skills both written andverbal.
  • Abilityto work independently in a remoteenvironment.
  • Properworking space or home officesetup.
  • Commitmentto maintaining the highest standards of data security and clientprivacy.
