Position : credit analyst & creditmanager Experience:1 to 8 yrs
Salary :upto max 9 lpa
Industry:NBFC/Banking Qualification Required:Graduate for credit analyst &CA/CA Inter/MBA for credit manager About the Credit Team:
The Credit team is entrusted withunderwriting of new transactions as well as periodic review ofexisting portfolio clients. The Team willbe responsible with interacting with business teamclient
counter parts and presenting the internal CreditCommittee with their recommendations.
The team isexpected to do a deep dive financial analysis of customersregularly meet / interact
with the stakeholders ofborrowers keep regular track of key performancemilestones
monitorable items and present the portfolioviews to internal Credit Committee on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out detailedcredit assessment notes covering the client its businessoperations
  • historical performance futureoutlook financial analysis operational analysis macro overviewindustry/sector overview competition & peeranalysis
  • Carry out desk review as well asfield diligence and monitoring to keep a rigorous view overallocated portfolio clients.
  • Engage withbusiness team as well as clients senior management promoters aswell as other teams for facilitating of data & diligenceexercise
  • Identifying early warning signs ofcredit deterioration joint monitoring of portfolio with accountrelationship team.
  • Identify risk in existingportfolio as part of review exercise for internal reporting as wellas recommendations for course correction / running down ofexposures.
  • Responsible for development ofcredit & risk management strategy alongside ensuringsustainable business growth & healthy portfolio
  • Setting up process structure for credit risk &quality framework including the policy Early warning Signals Postdisbursement monitoring process etc.
  • Suggesting improvements to process to enhance internal &external stakeholder

Experience./ Qualifications:
  • CA / MBA with 23years of credit assessment experience.
  • Structured credit/lending or portfolio/credit monitoringteams of Banks / NBFCs / Debtfunds / Rating agencies / CAfirms
  • Adept with numbers financial analysisunderstanding & review of financial statements managing andinterpreting data and solving problems
  • Havegood report writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and work on multiple proposalsat the same time.
  • Be willing to travelextensively panIndia for onfield diligence & monitoring ofclients.
  • Ability to work proactively& independently as well as in a teamenvironment.
  • Proficient in the use of MS WordExcel and Power Point.
