The ChannelPartner will be responsible for driving sales of our real estate properties by identifying prospective buyers, building relationships, and guiding clients through the sales process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company in the competitive real estate market.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Channel partner at Skandhasri Infra Developers located in Hyderabad. The Channel Partner will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Channel Partner will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and provide exceptional customer service.

QualificationsPrevious experience in sales or a similar roleExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationshipsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSelf-motivated and results-orientedKnowledge of the real estate industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
