Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the digital marketing team, sales team, and external clients to drive brand awareness, lead generation, client acquisition, and engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube Ads etc
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across digital channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners to amplify brand reach and visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing tools and technologies and recommend new tools and platforms to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Explore and implement innovative AI-driven solutions for campaign optimization, audience targeting, and personalized marketing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns and client management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications in SEM,PPC, Display Ads, and Google AdWords are highly preferred.
