Primary skills:- Digital Marketing, Social media, SEO, SEM, Google analytics, Email marketing etc

Requirements:-

a)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
Master's degree preferred. 
b)Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus 
on team management and strategic leadership. 
c)Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital 
marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, 
and revenue growth. 
d)Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team 
members, foster collaboration, and drive results. 
e)Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best 
practices, with expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, 
and analytics. 
f)Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, 
and make data-driven decisions. 
g)Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to 
communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all 
levels of the organization. 

Responsibilities: 
 
Team Leadership: 
a)Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, providing guidance, support, 
and coaching to maximize team performance and productivity. 
b)Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members, and conduct regular 
performance reviews to assess progress and provide feedback. 
 
Strategic Planning: 
a)Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to 
drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. 
b)Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to 
identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. 
 
Campaign Management: 
a)Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing 
campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing 
(SEM), social media, email marketing, and display advertising. 
b)Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics and data, and make data-
driven recommendations for optimization and improvement. 
 
Sales Integration: 
a)Collaborate closely with sales teams to align digital marketing efforts 
with sales objectives and revenue targets. 
b)Develop strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive 
conversions through digital channels, ultimately contributing to company 
sales goals. 

Budget Management: 
a)Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources 
strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. 
b)Track expenses, monitor budget performance, and provide regular reports 
and updates to senior management.
