Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the digital marketing team, sales team, and external clients to drive brand awareness, lead generation, client acquisition, and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, leads, and conversions.- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, content marketing, and influencer marketing.- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube Ads etc- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.- Monitor industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and business goals.- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across digital channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners to amplify brand reach and visibility.- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing tools and technologies and recommend new tools and platforms to enhance digital marketing efforts.- Explore and implement innovative AI-driven solutions for campaign optimization, audience targeting, and personalized marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).- Proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns and client management.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Certifications in SEM,PPC, Display Ads, and Google AdWords are highly preferred.
