Role Description
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage with potential clients, both individuals and organizations, to promote our coaching services and develop a robust client base.
- Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to foster collaboration and growth.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. This includes creating and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Business Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth, including setting objectives, KPIs, and budgets.
- Team Leadership: If applicable, lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering their skills and encouraging their success.
- Marketing and Promotion: Work with marketing teams to create and implement marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media initiatives, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and the effectiveness of strategies, using this data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of successful business development experience in the coaching industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities with a results-oriented approach.
- Solid understanding of the coaching industry and its dynamics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to market changes.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
