Dr. Paws is a chain of new-age veterinary clinics, headquartered in Bangalore. Our aim is to make visits to the vet, a friendly, homely and comfortable experience. We do this by creating clinics that have a calming and welcoming interior, and providing service that is extremely hospitable and caring towards pets and their parents. Our clinics have everything a pet-parent would need under one roof (vet consults, grooming, pet-retail, diagnostics, imaging, surgeries etc.)

Role Description:

As a front-of-house associate you would be the face of the Dr. Paws brand for a customer. As the first and last point of contact on every visit, you would be expected to ensure customers have as comfortable and simple an experience as possible on every visit. Key responsibilities include:

- Answering phone calls and responding to messages from customers - Booking and modifying customer appointments - Selling Dr. Paws membership packages to customers - Greeting pets and their parents upon arrival - Engaging with pets and their parents as they wait - Completing the billing process for customers - Recommending toys, food and accessories etc. in the retail store - Receiving new orders of stock that arrive at the clinic - Coordinating with housekeeping staff to maintain clinic cleanliness - Opening & closing the clinic securely everyday

Key Requirements:

- Ability to speak English at a native (fully fluent) level - Confident persona - Strong written English skills - General affinity for animals (you should be comfortable around dogs or cats) - Ability to work with basic software - Quick learning ability and openness to feedback

Nice-to-haves:

- Prior experience in a retail / hospitality job - Understanding of pet-care business - Love for animals - Prior sales experience

Key job details:

Designation: Front-of-House Associate

Location: In-person at a Dr. Paws clinic in Bangalore (current locations are Indiranagar, RMV - Sanjay Nagar & HSR Layout).

Timings: Morning Shift (8.15am to 5.15pm) or Afternoon Shift (11.15am to 8.15pm). Shifts rotate periodically

Leaves: 1 weekly off, plus ~30 days of leave per calendar year

Salary range: ₹23 to 32K per calendar month, depending on candidate
