Job Title: Furniture Showroom Manager - Female (Nigerians only)
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Furniture Showroom Assistant Manager to lead our showroom operations and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the showroom, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising showroom staff.
Responsibilities:
- Showroom Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the furniture showroom.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to drive individual and team performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Stay informed about the latest trends in furniture and interior design.

- Recruit, hire, and train showroom staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Five years of work experience.
- Proven experience in furniture retail is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of furniture trends, styles, and materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
