Requirements Good understanding of Domestic market in Composite industry.
Deep knowledge of globalmilitary aerospace & defense and general eco system inIndia South East Asia and Europe on all aspects economicalstrategic political &cultural.
Strong business acumenin accomplishing growth with proficiency to prepare business casesdefine sales strategies goal setting manage objectives and providefinancial decision support.
Fullyconversant with DAP DPM MoD & DPSUs Procurement andContracts T&Cs
Exceptional relationship builder & intelligent networkerbased on trust.
Handson intendering negotiating contracting cost and pricing analysisidentifying risks and implementing mitigationplan.
Competence in formulationconsolidation and driving sustainable Country Strategic PlanStrategic Business Plan and Key Account Plan in close corporationwith the corporate business units product policy marketing BD& sales teams.
Selfstarter that thrives in an ambiguous matrix environment. Ableto operate at strategic and operationallevels.
Strong influencing skillsacross boundaries functions and organizations at alllevels.
Excellent presentationverbal/written communication and people managementskills.
