Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through B2C and B2B channels in the specified regions. This role requires extensive travel Hyderabad, and rest of Telangana and Vijayawada are rest of Andra pradesh 


Key Responsibilities:


1. B2C Activities:


Travel extensively to colleges and educational institutions in the assigned regions.

Who have good connets with colleges and university 

Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to promote our products/services.

Generate and qualify leads through direct interaction with students, educators, and administrators.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly leads targets.


2. B2B Activities:


Visit consultancies, business centers, and other relevant organizations to promote our offerings.

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet application target objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.


3. General Responsibilities:


Prepare and submit regular reports on leads and application activities, lead generation, and business development efforts.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Participate in team meetings and provide insights for improving sales strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.


Requirements:


MbA from reputed university 

Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, generating leads from various sources.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned regions.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Knowledge of the local market and industry is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
