About the Role:
- The National Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the entire life-cycle of the existing customers for the sector assigned and winning new ones, individually taking responsibility of the top customers and prospects and managing the rest with a team of Key Account Managers (KAM) and Key Account Executives (KAE).The incumbent will report to the Vice President - Sales. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders
Job Responsibilities:
- Should be able to lead a team of KAMs & KAEs based at different locations in the country - for recruiting, developing and ensuring they deliver on all KPIs set consistently.
- Should be able to manage existing customers - Customer retention, Annual contract renewal with price increase, Collection / DSO management and improve customer profitability
- Deliver new business - by winning new customers and upselling to existing ones.
- Consistently improve customer experience by working closely with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- Directing the conceptualization & implementation of competitive strategies for driving profitable business volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Market survey and competitor analysis to understand gaps of our services
- Support the service team by providing client feedback
Key Result Areas:
- Customer (Revenue) retention of 95%+
- On-time customer contract renewal of 100%
- Price increase from existing customers as per target set
- Manage collection and DSO as per targets set
- Generate new sales from existing and new customers as per the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly target set
- New business development. Build a healthy pipeline of National Key Account by KAM / Region and work to a plan to get them on board.

Requirements
Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) with overall experience of at least 15 years spread across front line B2B sales, Key Account Management including 5 years in team management
- Fair knowledge of the markets in tier-1 cities of India
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PPT
