Key Responsibilities
- Lead menu innovation for Continental and Pan-Asian categories, ensuring creativity and relevance.
- Conceptualize and test new dishes aligned with Truffles' brand vision.
- Oversee food trials, tastings, and product launches in collaboration with the operations team.
- Maintain high culinary standards and ensure consistency across outlets.
- Identify culinary trends globally and adapt them to suit the Truffles customer base.
- Mentor and guide junior chefs, fostering a culture of creativity and precision.
- Collaborate with management on food costing, sourcing, and menu engineering.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10–12 years of professional experience
in the F&B industry. - Proven expertise in
Continental and Pan-Asian cuisines
. - Experience as a
creative/innovation chef
in 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants. - Minimum
2 years of international experience
with renowned restaurant brands. - Strong track record of leading culinary teams and driving innovation.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
