Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–12 years of professional experience
    in the F&B industry.
  • Proven expertise in
    Continental and Pan-Asian cuisines
    .
  • Experience as a
    creative/innovation chef
    in 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants.
  • Minimum
    2 years of international experience
    with renowned restaurant brands.
  • Strong track record of leading culinary teams and driving innovation.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
