Role Overview
We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to drive customer retention, loyalty, and engagement through strategic email, WhatsApp, and lifecycle marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns that improve customer repeat rates, optimize key metrics like CTR and open rates, and build meaningful customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute campaigns for abandoned carts, abandoned checkouts, and post-purchase engagement.
Plan and run WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns tailored to customer segments and behaviors.
Customer Retention Metrics:
Own and drive key metrics such as repeat purchase rate, retention rate, open rate, and click-through rate.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve engagement and customer loyalty.
Customer Journeys:
Design and implement customer order journeys to enhance the post-purchase experience.
Create strategies to convert first-time customers into loyal customers.
Tools and Technology:
Leverage tools like Kwikchat, Contlo, Clevertap, or similar platforms to execute and optimize campaigns.
Use advanced segmentation and cohort analysis to target customers effectively.
Customer Insights:
Build and analyze customer cohorts based on purchase behaviors, demographics, and other relevant factors.
Use insights to craft personalized marketing messages and offers.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging email and WhatsApp content.
Collaborate with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance and generate insights.
Requirements
●Experience: 2-3 years of experience in retention marketing or lifecycle marketing.
●Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Kwikchat, Contlo, Clevertap, or similar platforms.
●Campaign Skills: Proven ability to design and optimize campaigns for email and WhatsApp marketing.
●Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in segmentation, cohort analysis, and interpreting customer data.
●Metrics Ownership: Experience in owning and improving key retention metrics such as repeat rate, CTR, and open rates.
●Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Bonus Skills
●Experience with D2C or e-commerce brands.
●Knowledge of loyalty programs and customer rewards strategies.
●Familiarity with personalization tools and automation platforms.
