Role & responsibilities

  1. Meeting set sales goals for the clients / accounts assigned to you.
  2. Identifying and prospecting potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  3. Negotiating and closing deals with clients.
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Creating and delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  6. Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and competitor activities.
  7. Serving as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Understanding and aligning with clients' business objectives and accordingly develop customized marketing strategies and solutions.
  9. Managing client expectations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and campaigns.
  10. Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and client value.
  11. Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to proactively address clients' evolving needs and preferences.
