We are searching for a professional and courteous client services Executive with great people skills to help our business prioritize existing customers. The client services executive will be responsible for maintaining current clients and expanding our customer base, keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting with management on a regular basis, updating client information, developing customer service policies, training junior client services agents, and recommending different product options to clients.

Job Responsibilities
- Create platforms for clients and employees to communicate effectively.
- Encourage clients to do business with you again.
- Hold workshops and presentations on customer service.
- Keep track of and track client satisfaction.
- Communicate with various departments about client issues.
- Provide clients with service and product recommendations.
- Create surveys and collect data from clients.
- Be a part of marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer requests and troubleshoot issues.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
