Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: Upto 6 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing and advertising campaigns. You will serve as the key link between clients and the internal creative, strategy, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients.
  • Understand client goals, marketing strategies, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, digital, production) to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Prepare and present campaign proposals, reports, and performance updates to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and approvals efficiently.
  • Assist in identifying business opportunities and contributing to client growth strategies.
  • Ensure timely billing, payments, and documentation as per agency process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising, digital, or marketing agency.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Good understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media platforms.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
