About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional who can manage client relationships and oversee digital marketing activities. This role requires a balance of strong communication skills for handling clients and technical know-how to execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1) Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
2) Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaigns/projects on time.
3) Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
4) Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients.
5) Stay updated with industry trends, digital tools, and best practices.
6) Handle client queries, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
7) Collaborate with creative, design, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end marketing solutions.
Requirements-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in Client Servicing and/or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ad is a plus.
