About the Role

We are looking for a
Client Servicing Executive / Account Manager
to be the bridge between our clients and our creative team. The ideal candidate is a communicator, problem-solver, and relationship builder who ensures client needs are understood, projects are delivered on time, and expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Understand client requirements and brief the creative/marketing team effectively.
  • Coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing queries and feedback.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, social media, video, marketing) for execution.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management (agency experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and creative workflows.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team collaboration skills.
