Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with local cafe owners and managers.
  • Product Expertise:
    Become an expert on our product line, understanding the unique benefits and value of each item.
  • Consultative Sales:
    Meet with cafe owners to understand their needs and suggest our products as solutions to improve their menu, efficiency, or profitability.
  • Product Demos:
    Arrange and conduct product demonstrations, allowing cafe owners to experience the quality of our offerings firsthand.
  • Lead Generation:
    Identify and pursue new cafe leads and opportunities in your assigned territory.
  • Reporting:
    Track your sales activities and report on your progress to the management team.
  • Market Feedback:
    Provide valuable feedback from the market to help us improve our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • A passion for coffee, food, and the cafe culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
