Note: Candidates should have the ability to lead and manage a team of 5–10 members effectively.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our footprint in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial kitchen consultancy/equipment sales, with a strong network within the hotel, restaurant, and foodservice sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong client-facing, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and institutional clients.
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, trade shows, and direct outreach.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers: chefs, F&B managers, procurement heads, and consultants.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal technical/design teams to ensure customer requirements are translated accurately.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen designers, architects, and contractors to support project execution from concept to commissioning.
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of kitchen equipment and systems.
Revenue & Reporting
- Achieve or exceed sales targets as assigned.
- Provide monthly sales reports and pipeline updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial kitchen, foodservice equipment, or hospitality consultancy sector.
- Strong understanding of kitchen workflow, equipment, and hospitality operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, Zoho and technical documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing network of hospitality industry contacts (architects, chefs, F&B consultants, hotel groups)
- Familiarity with international kitchen equipment brands.
