Key Responsibilities:  Research and identify potential clients in target industries using tools like , Apollo, Zoom Info. Preferably in IT, Healthcare, BFSI industries.  Generate and qualify leads for staffing solutions — including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire services.  Develop and maintain a prospect database through CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Hub Spot, Salesforce).  Initiate contact via email campaigns, cold calls, and outreach to schedule introductory meetings for existing as well as new client acquisition.  Collaborate with the sales team to nurture qualified leads through the sales funnel.  Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly outreach metrics and performance.  Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on campaign results and lead quality.  Maintain an updated understanding of staffing market trends, MSP/VMS programs, and competitor offerings. Required Skills &Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.  1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in staffing/recruitment industry).  Proven ability to communicate confidently with senior executives (CXO, VP, Director level).  Familiarity with VMS/MSP ecosystems and staffing industry terminology.  Strong communication and written skills; persuasive and professional on calls and emails.  Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and lead management tools.  Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
