US Market Lead Generation Professional

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify and nurture leads for our B2B education services business in the US region.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, outreach and cold calling, and should be comfortable working independently to meet monthly lead-generation targets.Research and identify potential clients in the education and edtech space (Universities, Tutoring Companies, Online Learning Platforms).Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, outreach and telephonic follow-ups.Write personalized outreach messages and track engagement through CRM tools.Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and ensure smooth handover to the Sales team.Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for higher conversion rates.Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients in the education and edtech space.Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, outreach and telephonic follow-ups.Outreach Messaging: Write personalized outreach messages and track engagement through CRM tools.Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and ensure smooth handover to the Sales team.Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for higher conversion rates.Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business goals.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation for the US market.Strong understanding of email prospecting, Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo or equivalent tools.Proven experience in cold emailing and calling decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Operations, or Academic Leaders).Excellent communication and writing skills with a professional US communication tone.Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in night shifts (5 PM–2 AM IST).Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the education or edtech sector is a strong plus.Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems.Why Join Our Team:Work directly with a global team serving clients in the US education sector.Exposure to international business development and scalable sales processes.Performance-based growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
