Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Projects
  • Act as the founder's eyes and ears , ensuring alignment across teams and projects.
  • Manage and execute high-priority projects related to growth, operations, and internal improvements.
  • Expansion & Property Acquisition
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new co-living properties .
  • Support due diligence processes for property acquisitions and partnerships.
  • Assist in evaluating potential markets and strategies for geographical expansion .
  • Internal Audit & Process Optimization
  • Oversee periodic internal audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Work across departments to streamline workflows and establish best practices.
  • New Product Development
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and set up new co-living offerings  or revenue streams.
  • Research customer trends and feedback to ensure innovation aligns with market needs.
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Prepare data-driven reports and insights for the founder to guide decision-making.
  • Monitor KPIs across departments and ensure business goals are met.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience : 2-4 years in consulting, real estate, strategy, or startup environments.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a generalist mindset  and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive, self-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
