About the RoleAs a key member of the Founder’s Office, you’ll work closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives , oversee internal audits , and spearhead new product development and expansion efforts . This role is perfect for a proactive generalist with a strong interest in real estate, co-living spaces, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Projects
- Act as the founder's eyes and ears , ensuring alignment across teams and projects.
- Manage and execute high-priority projects related to growth, operations, and internal improvements.
- Expansion & Property Acquisition
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new co-living properties .
- Support due diligence processes for property acquisitions and partnerships.
- Assist in evaluating potential markets and strategies for geographical expansion .
- Internal Audit & Process Optimization
- Oversee periodic internal audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Work across departments to streamline workflows and establish best practices.
- New Product Development
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and set up new co-living offerings or revenue streams.
- Research customer trends and feedback to ensure innovation aligns with market needs.
- Reporting & Insights
- Prepare data-driven reports and insights for the founder to guide decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs across departments and ensure business goals are met.
- Experience : 2-4 years in consulting, real estate, strategy, or startup environments.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a generalist mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- A proactive, self-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
