Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi at Nanogenius Technologies. The Founder's office role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to supporting the founder with administrative and strategic functions to ensure the smooth operations of the office.

We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join the Founder’s Office at Nanogenius Technologies Pvt Ltd , an exciting opportunity designed for MBA students in their final year or recent MBA graduates. This role offers a dynamic experience, working directly with the founding team, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to the company’s growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the core team to drive strategic initiatives and execute business plans. 

- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for bankers, VCs, and investors. 

- Support operations related to finance, business development, and stakeholder engagement. 

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends. 

- Participate in meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication. 

- Actively contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring. 

Qualifications:

- Must be a final-year MBA student or a recent MBA graduate from Tier 1, 2 colleges. 

- Prior work experience in business, finance, operations, or related fields is preferred. 

- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. 

- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. 

- Ability to work remotely or from our Delhi office (seat provided). 

Flexibility: 

- Candidates can continue their primary job and work part-time with us. 

- We are open to flexible working arrangements as long as deliverables are met.
