About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Partnership Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships with brands that align with our company’s vision and objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities:


Prospecting and Business Development:

Prospect for potential new brand partners and convert these opportunities into increased business.

Conduct cold calls within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities.

Identify potential brand partners and the decision-makers within those organizations.

Research and build relationships with new brands to foster long-term partnerships.


Networking and Relationship Building:

Meet potential brand partners by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your professional network.

Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders or principals.


Strategic Planning and Pitching:

Plan strategic approaches and pitches tailored to each potential partner.

Work collaboratively with the team to develop proposals that address the brand partner’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

Participate in pricing discussions for solutions and services offered to potential partners.


Negotiation and Objection Handling:

Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to achieve a positive outcome.

Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.


Presentation and Image:

Present an image that aligns with the brand partner’s values and expectations, ensuring a professional and seamless partnership experience.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience: 1-5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the Marketing Agencies.

Skills:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through partnerships.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative partnership solutions.

Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Startup mentality, high willingness to learn, and hardworking
