**About the Role**

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Content and Social Media Specialist to join our team. As part of our vibrant environment, you will play a pivotal role in developing engaging content and managing our social media presence. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling narratives, coordinating content calendars, and driving engagement across various digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging content strategies aligned with Praxis Global Alliance's brand identity and objectives.
- Create high-quality written and visual content for social media posts, blogs, articles, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and maintain our social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and create content that resonates with our target audience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content marketing and social media management.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of content and social media campaigns.
- Proof reading reports, white-papers and other brand collaterals. Experience in managing content and social media for brands, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics.

**Skills And Attributes For Success**:

- A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for storytelling.
- Strong writing, proof reading and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Hootsuite, and Buffer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform content and social media strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

Experience in B2B marketing or consulting industry.
