IT Staff Augmentation Sales Specialist
with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT sales, particularly in staff augmentation services for the USA /UK/MENA markets. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business DevelopmentIdentify and target potential clients in the USA and UK regions for IT staff augmentation services.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate leads and close deals.Expand market share by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.Understand client requirements and tailor staffing solutions to meet their business needs.Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service.
Sales Strategy and ExecutionPresent and promote Durapid Technologies’ staff augmentation services through proposals, presentations, and meetings.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.\
Market Research and AnalysisAnalyze market trends, competition, and client needs to refine sales strategies.Stay updated on industry developments, compliance, and emerging technologies relevant to IT staff augmentation.
Reporting and Performance TrackingTrack and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and revenue growth to management.Use CRM tools to maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes and achieving targets.
