Role Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Presales Engineer to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and product teams to provide technical expertise, craft tailored solutions, and ensure customer success during the pre-sales phase. You will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our platform by showcasing its capabilities and aligning them with customer needs.
The Technical Presales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in the pre-sales process. The role involves collaborating with customers to ensure the successful integration of Zvolv's automation solutions.
Qualifications
Technical Solutioning, Product Demonstration, and Pre-sales Support skills
Knowledge of process automation technologies
Experience in software development or IT consulting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Experience in project management is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
Lead product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and presentations to potential clients.
Develop and deliver proposals, including technical architecture, solution designs, and implementation plans.
Work closely with customers to gather technical requirements, identify pain points, and demonstrate how Zvolv’s platform can address these challenges.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position Zvolv’s solutions.
Act as a technical advisor to customers, guiding them through the evaluation process and addressing any technical concerns.
Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and discussions to support the sales cycle and foster strong customer relationships.
Experience Expectations:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Presales/Solution Engineering role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Proven track record of working in the presales phase for low-code/no-code platforms or automation technologies is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand value propositions for clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events.
