Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Handling Executive, located in Bhiwandi. The role involves managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating effective communication between clients and the manufacturing team. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, implementing sales strategies, and managing ongoing client relationships to ensure a seamless experience from consultation to final installation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
  • Experience in Account Management and Sales
  • Ability to consult with clients effectively and understand their needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi
  • Previous experience in furniture or interior design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
