Job Title: Business Leader - Monetisation/Advertising
About ElasticRun Monetisation Business
ElasticRun leverages its extensive network of over 700K+ stores in rural India. We offer various advertising opportunities to the leading FMCG brands through physical assets such as DealerBoards, Smart Boards, Digital Wall Paintings, Danglers/Posters, and CounterTops. Our technology enhances advertising reach by enabling geotagged assets using AI/ML, ensuring traceable asset visibility, and offering QR consumer engagement reporting. With partnerships with leading FMCG brands, our goal is to achieve a 5X growth in revenue.
Role Expectation
We are looking for a Business Leader to sharpen the business model and shape monetization strategies for different platforms with a special focus on digitizing our current B2B Rural Sales MobileApp platform. The leader will work with technology, product team, brands and B2B Rural sales team in enhancing the advertising revenues. He/she will thus; deliver creative marketing solutions, collaborating with leaders and founders.
Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)
Roadmap Development:
● Bring an external /outside-in perspective to the problems
● Analyze and strategize advertising platforms' competitive landscape in the rural markets.
● Build new monetisation business models for ElasticRun aimed at generating a 5X revenue impact within ElasticRun.
● Prepare a strategic roadmap to delivery the growth.
Strategic and Operational Projects:
● Identify and execute projects identified in the strategic roadmap.
● Create capable team to deliver the operational as well as strategic agenda
● Break down complex problems and propose compelling solutions to unlock opportunities.
● Collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Revenue Project Launches:
● Identify and assess new revenue streams.
● Develop and implement pilots and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for new revenue areas.
People Management:
● Build and mentor a high-performing team of managers and analysts in the advertising business.
● Coach team members to become future leaders in monetisation at ElasticRun.
Job Specification (What Will You Need)
● Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 institute.
● 4-6 years of work experience in Consulting/Startup/Product Companies/Quick Commerce/E-Commerce/OTT space with preferred experience in Monetisation & Growth.
● Excellent problem-solving skills for live business issues.
● Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
● Creative and result-driven thinker with a willingness to hustle.
● Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
