Role Overview:The Associate Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales of FretBox’s hostel management solution across universities in South India. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to engage with top university management, demonstrate the value of technology-driven solutions, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:1.

Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the South Indian university market.- Identify and prioritize high-potential leads to meet and exceed sales targets.

2.

Client Engagement:- Establish and maintain relationships with top university management, including Vice Chancellors, Deans, and Directors.- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations tailored to the needs of the client.

3.

Market Analysis:- Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.- Provide feedback to the product team for enhancements based on client requirements.

4.

Collaboration & Reporting:- Work closely with the internal marketing and technical teams to support client acquisition.- Prepare regular reports detailing sales performance, market insights, and projections.

Qualifications & Experience:-

Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).-

Experience:

Minimum of 5–8 years in enterprise sales, with a strong focus on universities or the education sector.- Proven track record of engaging with top management and closing high-value deals.- Experience selling SaaS or tech-based solutions is a significant advantage.-

Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.- Analytical mindset with the ability to strategize effectively.-

Regional Expertise:

Familiarity with the South Indian education ecosystem and fluency in English and at least one South Indian language is preferred.
