Role s :

  • In charge of business process management in the region, to document, standardize and improve processes across functions (e.g. risk, commercial, finance) and countries, with an ultimate goal to drive cost saving and quality enhancement.
  • Work on the initiatives of Standardization, Lean, Automation and Digitalization, with close coordination and good communication with stakeholders. Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest better processes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement. Train the Lean Champions from different functions and countries and equip them with Lean knowledge and technique to accomplish Lean projects.

Responsibilities:

Process management

  • Consult and collaborate with functions to understand their business goals, processes and requirements with good communication.
  • Document process map and standard operating procedure to simplify and standardize processes in the region.
  • Assist stakeholders in the region to identify their improvement opportunities with Lean and Six Sigma principles and develop new business processes with higher efficiency and better quality.
  • Train the Lean Champions and equip them with Lean knowledge and technique to accomplish Lean projects.
  • Drive digitalization and robotics initiatives and identify suitable technology and tools.
  • Plan, monitor and support projects to deploy new processes and ensure the project deliverables are met with user requirements.
  • Drive change management and promote Lean and change culture in the region
