Assistant Manager

Job Description
• Develops and implements training programs that support the, client-specific business requirements, and mission (Assets Management/Investment Operations)
• Oversees and deliver training (conduct domain specific trainings for new hire)
• Strong knowledge of TLM/DUCO for Cash and stock/NOSTRO reconciliations.
• Evaluates the performance of each team member to ensure content development and delivery meet established standards
• Maintains working knowledge of industry trends
• Maintains working knowledge of educational content development tools and training methods
• Enhances and updates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
• Produces efficient and effective training programs to accommodate virtual and premise-based delivery models
• Maintains a thorough understanding of company processes and policy requirements for new and existing clients
• Leads special projects for as necessary to achieve departmental objectives
• Actively ensure upward and downward communication of developments and issues
• Conduct Customer comeback analysis & Trend Analysis for all the errors received from the clients
• To meet the monthly Sampling numbers as per the target
• Ideation drive to improve the process
• Prepare all team and client related reports for Quality
• Complete RCA for all the errors identified
• Identify the improvement areas for staff and share it with the AM- Quality
• Client Engagement - Communication with clients on a periodic basis
• Complete the Calibration exercise on a periodic basis as defined
• Create Error analysis/RCA Report on a monthly basis
• Attend all the development and quality trainings that are identified for a QA
• Help operations in identifying the training needs for the ops associates
• Drive projects and be part of the projects that are identified in the team
Qualifications
• Full understanding of different types of products fixed income, equities and derivatives
• Sound knowledge of Investment ops/Asset Management ops/Trade Operations
• Experience developing computer based training programs preferred
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• Able to manage variable workloads, understand urgency, multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; experience with Articulate, Captivate or another e-learning software
• Ability to work with staff using multiple training techniques and styles required
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or related field
