Assistant Manager – Customer Support

Job Description:
We need an Assistant Manager who can take charge of our customer service department and foster positive relationships with our advisors in the respective department. Roles and ResponsibilityThe AM will assist in completing the duties of the customer service manager when the superior is not around. While ensuring that every task is done correctly and effectively and making sure that all aspects of customer service are established well. Sometimes, AM may need to assist the representatives with their process when required. AM is also responsible for helping in the development and execution of training programs for customer service representatives. Their goal is to increase customer satisfaction by providing the best customer service possible. Assistant manager must be a good leader and have the initiative and know-how to handle people with differentAssistant manager will be responsible for handling 3 different teams and their respective Team LeadsAssistant manager must also have outstanding skills in analysisAssistant manager should have knowledge of KPI and TNI reportProficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google DocsPreparing and presenting employee reviewsOrganizing employee scheduleTaking disciplinary action when necessaryEnsuring a consistent standard of customer serviceMotivating employees and ensuring a focus on the GOALAssistant manager should have excellent oral and written communicationCreate and implement an effective customer loyalty program RequirementThe applicant must have 2 years of experience as an AM in the customer service domain and need to have excellent communication and organizational skills.
