Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator, located in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, conducting sales follow-ups, and maintaining customer databases. Daily tasks will include generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with logistics for order fulfillment, and providing post-sales support. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Science / Commerce with Experience of 1 to 4 Years in same profile.
  • Experience in sales coordination, customer relationship management, and order processing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of scientific products and applications in chemistry, physics, microbiology, cell culture, and molecular biology
  • Quote Preparation, Client order follow up, Payment Collection.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
