**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating communications with clients.
- Assist in lead generation and qualification to ensure sales opportunities are pursued effectively.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials and presentations to clients and prospects.
- **Order Management**:

- Process incoming customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Work closely with the logistics team to track and manage product shipments.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation (contracts, invoices, etc.) is completed accurately.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Act as the point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Respond promptly to customer queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after orders to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- **CRM and Database Management**:

- Update and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, tracking sales activities, customer details, and sales progress.
- Ensure the CRM is up to date with all client interactions, leads, and opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and analyze regular reports on sales activities, performance, and customer feedback.
- Assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement based on sales data and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all metrics are achieved and deadlines are met.
- **Collaboration and Team Support**:

- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistency in customer messaging and sales initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including assisting with closing deals or managing post-sale processes.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products/services and stay updated on any new product launches.
- Assist clients with product-related queries and ensure they are well-informed on product specifications, benefits, and usage.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales coordination, inside sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales software is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
