The HR and Admin Executive will be responsible for managing daily human resource operations, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies. This role also involves handling recruitment, maintaining employee records, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting engagement and administrative functions to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement HR policies and procedures across the organization
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team engagement activities
  • Provide administrative support such as coordinating travel, office supplies, and vendor interactions
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee benefits
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in internal audits when required

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
  • Experience in handling employee relations and HR compliance matters
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
