
HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Administration Executive to manage HR operations and administrative functions at our organization. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and office administration to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, onboarding.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee administrative tasks: vendor management, facility upkeep, travel arrangements, and asset management.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal compliance.
Act as a first point of contact for employee HR/Admin queries.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and statutory compliance.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Preference
Candidates from Ernakulam are preferred.
