HR / Admin Assistant ( Male )
Location: Kochi
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Role:
We are looking for a proactive HR/Admin Assistant who will support interview processes, handle HR documentation, and be flexible to travel to different client/company locations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HR team in scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview timings, venue, and documentation.
- Travel to different locations for interview support, client coordination, and HR-related work.
- Maintain candidate records and interview feedback forms.
- Support onboarding activities and joining formalities.
- Provide administrative support (letters, filing, data entry, attendance, etc.).
- Act as a liaison between candidates, clients, and the internal HR team.
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin preferred (freshers can apply).
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently (local & outstation).
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
