Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise the construction activities on site as per the requirements of the technical specification and drawings.
  • Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
  • Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
  • Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers) including attending meetings to keep them informed of progress
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
  • Prepare daily program in advance in co-ordination with the site foreman / supervisor and request for the necessary resources for carrying out the same.
  • Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Preparing checklist, pour cards and other records as per the site requirements.
  • Coordinate with HSE & Quality in order to continually monitor and improve safety, quality and environmental performance.
  • Preparing daily progress reports as required.
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have experience in High Rise Building projects are required.
