This is your canvas.You’ll own the design vision for Curately — from the information architecture to the interaction model, from the voice of the interface to the system design. You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO, engineering, and product teams to imagine, prototype, and ship experiences that make complex data and workflows feel effortless and human.What You’ll Do- Own end-to-end product design across Curately’s platform — from ideation to polished, production-ready interfaces.- Translate complexity into clarity — simplify dense datasets, AI-driven insights, and recruiter workflows into intuitive visual patterns.- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing to deliver cohesive and elegant product experiences.- Develop and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and aesthetic excellence.- Bring creativity and product thinking to the table — contribute ideas that influence product strategy, not just visual design.- Prototype boldly. Iterate rapidly. Use tools like Figma, Framer, and AI-assisted design workflows to visualize and test concepts quickly.- Champion the user.
