You'll have a direct impact on our product and design outcomes, enjoying significant ownership and autonomy.About Monk Commerce:We're a lean, high-performing team of 25, passionate about creating innovative B2 B software products from India for a global audience. As a Product designer, you'll be a crucial part of our central engine, driving our app’s design and shaping the future of our platform.Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end design of dashboards and workflows for our Shopify-based B2 B Saa S product.- Collaborate with product managers to discover and create high-value user experiences and designs that help achieve business goals.- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specs using Figma- Develop and maintain scalable design systems across products.- Go through different quantitative and qualitative data sources to gauge customer issues.- Present design rationale, facilitate design reviews, and communicate effectively with product managers and engineers.- Mentor junior designers and advocate for design best practices within the team.- Stay updated on Shopify trends, Saa S UX patterns, and accessibility standards.We're Looking For:- Minimum 2 years experience as a product designer. (This contains only full time work, no internships)- Proficiency in Figma.- Strong UX and visual design skills; demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows.- Experience creating, scaling, and maintaining design systems.- Deep understanding of user-centered design, and product strategy.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile product environment.- Bonus: Experience in Shopify app ecosystem or e-commerce platforms.- Bonus: Portfolio consisting of a relevant dashboard or Saa S workBonus Points:- You enjoy taking ownership of projects and thrive in an environment where you can make a real difference.- You are motivated by solving complex problems and building high-quality designs.Why Monk Commerce?- Work with one of the strongest early-stage startup teams in India right now- Market competitive salary + revenue sharing bonuses- No micromanagement: work on your own time & have a life outside of work.- We're building software products from India for users anywhere in the world, hence the engineering team (i.e. you & team) is our key central engine.- You'll be challenged to solve complex problems & be forced to build high-quality designs because we don't have any QAs :)
