**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or Interaction Design from NID, NDA, or a reputed institution
- 3+ years of experience in DIY toy and game design, retail product development, or interaction design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCAD, or similar 3D modeling tools
- Strong understanding of child psychology, ergonomics, and user experience (UX) design
- Experience in prototyping, material selection, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent visualization and storytelling skills to present concepts effectively
