**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **User-Centered Design**: Conduct user research, create personas, and map customer journeys to design intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- **Wireframes & Prototyping**: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize ideas and gather feedback.
- **Visual Design**: Craft high-quality, visually appealing UI components, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across the product.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and align on project goals.
- **Design Systems**: Build and maintain design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency across products.
- **Usability Testing**: Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- **Iterative Improvements**: Use data and user feedback to refine designs, ensuring continuous enhancement of the product experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user interface design, user experience principles, and problem-solving skills.
- **User Research**: Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and other research methods.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- **Fast-Paced Environment**: Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: A creative mindset with a passion for solving complex design challenges.

**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with motion design or animation tools
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
