**The Job**
- Run discovery phases with users and help define product requirements. Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback.
- Collaborate with the product manager to understand product requirements and create detailed designs aligned with the product roadmap.
- Document key creative and production processes to facilitate easy access for individuals and teams, ensuring efficient workflow development.
- Demonstrate commitment to the mission by being willing to work extended hours, typically 10 hours per day.
- ** Experience**:3-5 years of experience working as a designer for tech companies (freelance or full-time)
- Proven track record of making operational contributions at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Experience developing and optimizing systems, tools, processes, and workflows for creative and production operations.
- Strong process orientation with the ability to audit and streamline workflows into presentation deck format.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
