To make everyday dressing fun, functional, and fabulous without compromising on comfort or quality. We’re growing fast and looking for a Marketing Associate to help manage and scale our presence on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize paid ads across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.Monitor ad performance and implement timely improvements to maximize ROI.Scale campaigns based on data insights and seasonal trends.Coordinate with marketplace teams to activate ads, promotions, and visibility initiatives.Drive growth through seasonal campaigns and platform-specific strategies.Plan pricing, discounts, and promotions to increase conversions.Ensure accurate, optimized, and SEO-friendly product listings.Track inventory and coordinate with operations to avoid stock issues.Align ad plans with stock availability to prevent budget waste.Create and share performance reports with clear action points.Present insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.Maintain strong relationships with platform partners.Follow up regularly to unlock growth opportunities.✅ What We’re Looking For:Interest in learning and executing paid ads (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.)Strong analytical skills and data-based decision makingBusiness acumen and understanding of D2 C/marketplace dynamicsCat Log, listing, and pricing hygiene basicsPromo management and inventory coordinationProblem-solving under platform constraintsConfidence in communication and relationship managementClear written and verbal communication skillsFollow-up discipline and persistenceExecution-first mindset with accountabilityWhy Join Nap Chief?● Fast-growing D2 C kids wear brand● Real ownership & high-impact work● Learn everything about e-commerce marketplaces● Young, collaborative, no-drama team● Products people genuinely loveApply Now: Send your resume to Let’s build something amazing together
