- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving user experience and sales outcomes.
- **Customer Support**:

- Process returns and refunds according to company policies.
- **Platform Management**:

- Maintain the backend of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, or eBay).
- Collaborate with developers/designers for website updates and improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
